Business English training
Sales English
Selling in English is not translating your pitch.

01For your teams
It is hearing what the client is actually telling you, catching the word worth building on, and answering an objection without hardening it, in real time, in a language that isn’t yours. I build this training on your clients, your products and your calls, not on invented sales scenes.

02Real situations
Five situations we work on
Following up a client without seeming pushy
The third unanswered email, the call at the wrong moment. In English, the line between “attentive” and “annoying” is not where you would draw it in French. We write and say those follow-ups until they sound right.
Hearing the buying signal in a throwaway line
“That could work.” “We’d need to look at timing.” Those are openings, if you hear them. We listen to real exchanges and learn to catch the word to build on.
Stating a price and holding the silence
Saying a number in English, then saying nothing. Not justifying it, not dropping it before anyone asks. A skill of voice and nerve as much as language.
Answering "your competitor is cheaper"
Without digging in, without caving, without running anyone down. Rephrase, come back to value, ask a question. We work on the five or six objections you hear most, with your real numbers.
Selling by phone and video, with no body language
No smile to rescue a clumsy sentence, no handshake. Everything rides on the voice and the choice of words. We record, listen back, correct.
